SMOKEHOUSE MAINS
A slow-smoked American style barbecue feast prepared over native hardwood timber.
Bold flavours, generous portions and a relaxed shared dining experience.
BEEF BRISKET
Grass-fed beef rubbed with Texas style salt and pepper and slow smoked for up to 10 hours until buttery and tender. Served with a chimmi churri sauce.
PULLED PORK
Banglow pork rubbed with mustard spice and smoked for up to 10 hours before being braised with white wine and Alabama sauce and served w Davidson plum BBQ sauce.
CHICKEN
Free-range chicken rubbed with a house spice blend, stuffed with seasonal vegetables and slow-smoked for five hours until tender, moist and full of flavour. Comes with a green magic asian style sauce.
LAMB
Shoulder of lamb seasoned with rosemary, salt and pepper, then slow-smoked for eight hours until fall-off-the-bone tender. Comes with a rosemary gravy.
VEGETARIAN & VEGAN OPTIONS

Large Swiss brown mushrooms filled with cashew, herbs and basil pesto,
then smoked until rich and savoury.
